Since September 1, 2007, C+C servis, s.r.o. has been cooperating with REGINA® Catene Calibrate, a leading global manufacturer of roller chains and plate conveyors. In cooperation with local partners, we provide complete turnkey deliveries of conveyor systems, including conveyor accessories and spare parts.

To ensure maximum flexibility and fast service, we keep commonly used components in stock in České Budějovice and respond promptly to specific customer requirements.

Kevlar conveyors for applications such as PET, new glass, or cans represent a revolutionary solution. Since 1998, this technology has gradually been replacing traditional materials such as Acetal, Delrin (LW, LF, UP), and in some cases even stainless steel. Kevlar for REGINA® is produced by DuPont, and the technology is patent-protected.

Stainless Steel Plate Conveyors and Modular Belts REGINA®

REGINA® stainless steel plate conveyors stand out for their exceptional resistance to mechanical wear, particularly by eliminating the typical “elongation” of conveyors caused by excessive pin wear.

REGINA® addresses this key issue of conveyor durability as follows:

• In all conveyor types (except magnetic chains), pins made of austenitic steel with a hardness of approx. 43–46 Rcw are used as standard
• The PHD series is equipped with pins made of martensitic steel with a hardness of up to 53 Rcw. This unique technology, used exclusively by REGINA®, ensures maximum abrasion resistance and significantly extends conveyor life
• REGINA® modular belts
• Modular belts are designed with a range of technical improvements that ensure high efficiency, durability, and easy maintenance
• Optimized contact surface between the belt and the transported product
• Elimination of entry radius on the drive sprocket
• High durability and resistance to wear
• New curved modular belts equipped with bearings or guide pins prevent lateral belt shift when transferring the product around a corner (e.g., up to 90°). Some belt types are also available in kevlar versions

Special Solution: “Finger” Conveyors

Another technologically advanced solution is the so-called finger conveyors, which allow precise dosing of pressure on the transported product thanks to a stepped range of stiffness. This makes it possible to adjust the pressure so that sensitive products are not deformed.
