We service and equip your heat exchanger completely – reliably, precisely, and without unnecessary delays.

Since the company was founded in 2006, we have specialized in servicing plate heat exchangers. Thanks to our many years of experience, we ensure a professional and seamless service process.

The service can be carried out directly at the customer’s site or in our specialized service center in Srubec – Stará Pohůrka, in South Bohemia near České Budějovice.

A team of seven fully equipped service technicians allows us to be flexible and respond quickly to your needs.

Comprehensive service includes:

Dismantling of exchanger plates
Cleaning the exchanger frame
Transport of plates to the C+C servis service center
Cleaning plates with hot high-pressure water
Chemical cleaning of plates in our baths (acidic and alkaline)
Penetration of plates with a special penetrant solution
Inspection of plates under UV light
Thorough rinsing of plates
Re-gasketing of plates
Reassembly of plates into the exchanger frame
Tightening the exchanger to the manufacturer’s prescribed dimension
Tightness diagnostics using the hydrogen method directly at the installation site – to verify flawless service quality

Complete plate heat exchanger service includes disassembly, chemical cleaning, penetrant testing with UV microcrack detection, regasketing, and reassembly with final leak-tightness inspection.
