Flow-through chemical cleaning

Our mobile unit is a specialized flushing device designed for effective on-site cleaning of cooling and heating systems.

The unit heats the cleaning fluid, significantly increasing the overall efficiency of the process. It allows flushing with variable intensity and flow direction reversal, which effectively loosens and removes deposits.

The flushed contaminants are captured using double filtration – a coarse screen in the filling port and a fine filter placed before the pump. This ensures that no captured debris re-enters the system.

The unit can be powered by either a 400 V or 230 V supply. When powered by 230 V, however, the heating output is reduced to one third, which extends the heating time and therefore the overall cleaning duration.

The flushing unit is suitable for cleaning and flushing:

• heat exchangers,
• water distribution systems,
• moulds for pressing and injection,
• coolers, pumps, and boilers,
• and all types of cooling and heating circuits where deposits accumulate due to media usage.
