In August 2010, we expanded our service portfolio with a unique hydrogen method for detecting leaks and microcracks in plate and shell-and-tube heat exchangers – including equipment such as pasteurizers.
This modern method enables:
- fast and highly sensitive detection of even the smallest leaks,
- safe use directly under operating conditions,
- diagnostics without the need to disassemble the exchanger,
- immediate on-site evaluation of results.
The hydrogen mixture is harmless and environmentally friendly. Its extreme sensitivity to leaks makes it possible to detect microcracks that often remain undetected by other methods.
By introducing this technology, we have strengthened our ability to respond quickly to customer issues while contributing to the safety, reliability, and long service life of heat exchanger systems.
